Hello,

im a 29 year old male. When I was 20 or 21 my penis was exposed to very unclean conditions ( like fresh animal feces ). Shortly after I developed a purple blotch on the areas that had been exposed. The blotches went away but I was having pain at the base of my penis and in the prostate area. This soon spread to my bladder and I decided it was time to have a doctor check me out. So I visited the local doctor he does the unrinalysis and it comes up with nothing. I have since then visited 2 other doctors. Both did urinalysis'. Both showed nothing.

So here I am 9 years later. My bladder is very sensitive and sore. But what really worries me is i'm starting to get the pain in my rectum and lower stomach area like my problem is spreading there.

Does anyone have any idea what type of infection I have or what I should tell my doctor to help him diagnose my problem?

Thank you for time.
