I read a whole bunch a sites for peptic ulcer diets I just end up not eating anything because I get so overwealmed by all the foods that im not supposed to eat. Its hard to plan out a meal for my self. If anyone has any suggestions it would help a lot. No I can't have cabbage it killed my throat last time I had the worst burning from that. But any other suggestions would be awsome. Thanx! Peptic ulcer and hyperthyroism......
