Doctor Question
Im currently on lutera Birth control and I recently dropped a pill and could not find it, so I just took the one for the next day. Now I am currently a day ahead but havent skipped any. I was supposed to be on the sugar pills tommorow but instead ,because Im ahead a day, I started them today. Should this cause a problem in the pills effectivness? or will it hurt my body?

Thanks ashli

Skipping or losing one contraceptive pill most likely will not decrease the pill’s effectiveness nor hurt your body. If you miss your period, you can take a home pregnancy test!
