Q: Drinking Tea

Does anyone know if it ok to drink one glass of hot tea - large glass though 14 oz a day. I was using equal in it to sweeten it but heard that is not good. Can anyone help me. I know that you are supposed to cut down of caffeine. Thanks for your help.

Why don't you try decaf tea? I would use regular sugar. And the 14 oz. Cup a day is an awful lot. If you don't want to stop drinking your tea at least try decaf.

Today I did use regular sugar and I did cut back to half of that. I am going to try to quit drinking it. Thanks for the help...
