I have had clonus many times - various
degrees of it. The past 6 months I think
it's worse upon awakening. Many times
(not always) upon awakening, if my knees
were up (feet flat on the bed), my legs
shake like crazy for about 20-40 seconds
- they just get real jerky and shaky and I
have to kind of push them down and then
suddenly I can get up and use them. Is
that a represenation of clonus? If so,
can it be due to back problems which i've
do have? Thanks very much.
