Q: Reshaping My Nose, But Quite Not Fully???

Hi guys

i am thinking of a nose job.

However I have a situation that my family will most likely not agree with me having it. I have been living away from home for a while now, and I have put alot of weight on. Therefore is there a way of just like downsizing the nose. I dont want to completely make my nose small and straight. But just scrape the bone of the nose so it looks smaller? (what I mean is like filing the done)as people would just think ive put weight on and therefore I havent had a surgery. Would this be more of an expensive way of doing it?

I hope this doesnt sound stupid.

Thanks

As far as I know, plastic surgeons can do some pretty subtle work these days. My cousin got her nose done and I might not've noticed if no one had told me - she just got the bump smoothed out of it.
