When I was a little kid about 14 I played with penis and and swelled up and it left mark's. I'm now 19 but I was wondering if theres a way I can clear it all up i've tried herbal treatment I even stoped messing with it for a few months thinking it would clear up but nothing worked. Is there anything I can do? Theres like 2 friction burns I just want to get rid of.
