When you are pregnant do your nipples become darker brown and turn a little crustier?

Yes, your nipples do get darker, and your aerola gets larger and darker also. As for your nipples not everyones nipples get crusty, they might dry up some and get sore and tender. You should be very careful with your breast during a pregnancy, they are very sensative.

I'm ttc #1 and I have my nipples pierced and I was just wondering if I get pregnant can I breastfeed if I took the rings out (while pregnant) or does getting them pierced 'break' nipples? I know this is an odd question...

Ttc i'm not completely sure but i'm guessing you would have no problem breast feeding. It is someting you would just have to try. And or ask your doc.
