I have been reading a lot about 5-htp and
choline supplements, and in conclusion I
would like to start taking them for their
benefits. The question is, if I take
5-htp and choline on a daily basis will
this effect my overall health in a
negative manner? Or is it safe?

I take them both all the time and it sure
hasn't hurt me.
I would also add that you can take alot of
choline, but don't take too much 5-htp (in
one day)
