Well first i'm 20 years old, not sexually active. About a week ago I noticed two small pimples on the shaft of my penis near the base. I've had many of these since puberty so I didnt think anything of it. Well one is now complete gone, but about 3 days after the other developed I accidently rubbed off the small whitehead on it. And now its slowly quadrupled in size and is no longer round but lumpy in shape and in feel. Its about half an inch in width and raised about an eighth of an inch above the surrounding skin. Its slighty more pinkish then the surrounding skin and theres small white areas under the skin, i'm pretty sure its genital was able to pop one that was on the surface and thats what came out. It feels like its full of fluid, and slighty painful to the touch. So far i've written off any type of std for obvious reasons. So what is it? I'm thinking its an infection caused by me popping the pimple, and then not showering for about 2 days. I thought about just lancing it with a sterile needle and squeezing whatever fluid is in it out, then cleaning it with some peroxide and sticking a band-aid on it, but I dont know how smart that'd be. So does anyone know what it is? Or have any advice on how to get rid of it?
