Burning pains!
Hi,
It sounds as though you have the exact same symptoms as me. I am 25 years old and was diagnosed last year with helicobacter pylori which the doctor treated me for. Its been a year now and I'm sure I have a stomach ulcer. I dread going to bed at night because of the pains. I have a constant burning feeling in my throat!! I am so tired of the pains and the doctors don't seem to help, I get sent away with acid reducing medicines all the time. I get so bad some nights that I nearly end up going to accident and emergency unit! The other pains I have I can only describe as a feeling of being stung all inside my body, in my back, shoulders, neck, abdomen, chest...the worst pain seems to be located under my right rib cage and often penetrates through to my shoulder blade. It seems to get worse when I lie down, this is why I dread going to bed. I can never get a good nights sleep and try to prop myself up on loads of pillows. I'm sick of it! The doctor has booked me in for a barium enema which sounds awful but I have to get it done. I also get spasms in my abdomen, I am constipated alot of the time. I have replaced my normal pg tips tea and milk with dandelion tea and nettle tea which seems to be helping.

Secrets to a healthier life
wow it has been a long time since I have been on here. I don't ever take any meds or acid reducers and instead went for the best natural ways to avoid such pains. I swear the burning goes down as long as I am eating healthy and I workout I feel so healthy I feel like I can take on the world : ) . I am a vegan and I eat a lot of veggies a lot but to avoid too much burning I steam them. When u steam them, they become more gentler for your digestive system. Exercise helps in building a stronger body creating a stronger defense against anything. I don't eat grease or bad oils instead sometimes I add a little healthy olive oil...but very rare. I don't eat sugar of course because it has poor animals crushed bones and because it is soooo unhealthy I know it is cause I get sick when i eat it. If you feed your digestive system natural foods then it wont have to work as hard and wont go crazy on the acids. No soda for me thx cause I let that & other unhealthy foods go and my health began to increase.
