I had a hysterectomy when I was 30 yrs. old. Is it possible to have a tubal pregnancy now at age 45?

The tubes are usually removed together with the uterus during a hysterectomy. Without a uterus, the spermatozoids can’t reach the tubes even if they are present. I think that the possibility that you have mentioned (a tubal pregnancy) is nearly impossible.
