Q: Breastfeeding And Exercise..

I'm a first time mom and i've always known that i'm going to breastfeed. After I have my baby I would love to bounce back, but I know doctor's suggest that you don't diet and do excessive exercise if you breastfeed because the baby needs those calories and nutrients. However, I know that women that breastfeed tend to lose weight anyways because they are giving up to 600 calories a day to the baby. Can I exercise at all? I'm a little confused. I don't want to deprive my baby of the nutrients she needs, but I don't want to be 'more to love' either. Can I take stroller walks as long as i'm not doing any anarobic exercise to an extreme I should be okay right?

eat properly and do some exercise ...Dont go crazy though. I know i'll do exercise to help my tummy get firm after giving birth....If there is specific areas of concern work on them in a healthy way.
