I'm a twenty year old uncircumsized male. I went camping about a month ago and wasnt able to take a shower for four days. A couple days after I got back I noticed a red rash on the head of my penis. It covers about 50% of the head. It seems to come and go, sometimes very noticeable after friction or washing, other times barely at all - but theres always a little redness. Occassionally several tiny red dots show up as well, yet disappear after a day or two. Theres no pain, it just feels kinda irritated. I applied 1% hydrocordazone ointment and have kept it dry and clean but neither seem to help. I've done research on the internet and it sounds like it could be balantisis?. I read that clotrimazole ointment may help.. Any information would be great, if it doesn't go away i'll just see my doctor, i'm not worried its an std, I just want it to go away! Thanks...
