I was looking back at this. When I posted I was 185. I am now 173. I lost 12 pounds in 2 months. That is good. Not too fast.

I had a few binge days. I didn't even chew and spit and i'm like stupid! Man I feel like once I take the first bite, I just lose all control. I had gotten mini twix bars to put in mini stockings for a few friends. I had them in my cookie jar. The other night I had 3 of them with coffee.

This is probably not good, but after my couple binging days, I printed off a pic of a very obese woman wearing her bra and underwear and a super skinny girl in a bikini. I put them both on the fridge and in the cupboard. I also put the fat pic in the cookie jar on top of the twix bars, so if I was tempted, when I reached in there, that's what I saw.

So yeah....I've been keeping a calorie count for the dr lately. I've averaged about 500-700 the past few days. But I haven't been chewing and spitting either.

I got some low cal snacks at the store. Sugar free jello and popsicles, 100 calorie popcorn bags, fruit, dill pickles, healthy choice sliced lunch meat, rice cakes, veggies.

hi!
This is so nice to hearing from you, girl Smile keep going. Those 500 to 700 seem to few for a day, maybe you could improve that, but since you're not spitting now, it's a very good news! :d congrats Smile
