I was only about 16 weeks and some days at the ultrasound so he said he can't be as sure as if I was further along but that he was 70 percent sure it's a girl. Though at 16 weeks they can be wrong. And thank you very much dear!

really? I think my bump looks weird, like up too high and not rounded enough. I would much rather have yours because I think it looks more "pregnant" and mine looks more "fat". You are ahead of me and looking smaller, which is sooooo unfair. I think because i'm already pretty big a lot of growing was done in a short time which is part of the reasons i'm already scaring, but besides that I do scar easy. Like bug bites, or anything will scar on me because i'm so fair. I would much rather be looking like you so that i'ld have less scars and not be guaranteed to become as big as a house.

Infact I think i'm even bigger than beckster and our due dates are about 2 days apart or something and it isn't her first. So unfair. My friend is due 8 days before me, was bigger than me before we were pregnant, and i'm showing more than her (and I don't get how this works!?). Haha i'm pretty sour about it. Arrrrrgggg

Yes it does bother me... I'm only wearing them because i'm going out for tea with some afrikaners and I didn't think I could wear my sweats or pj's to a tea shop. Haha, these were too big for me before I was pregnant, all my nice jeans are long gone folded in a box, I haven't fit into them for a long time. I was wearing short pants today, like jean capris, to the school because I had to go fill in paper work and I ended up undoing the button because they were so uncomfortable. : p

Yeah who says pregnant women are unattractive? Lol you really do look good.Isn't teh old wives tale that if you are carrying high and in the front its a girl and if you are carrying low and show more on the sides its a boy? Well I guess in this case its true!

Awww, tanya you look so cute! I bet once you have the baby you will go back down to your original size (or close to) since you are still kinda young (i don't mean that in a bad way tho!!)
i'm not so young, but I did bounce back pretty quick w/o much effort.

Thank you ladies for all the nice comments, and I sure hope I go down fast, it's reassuring that you think I might! It's really sad because i've already gained more than like... 30 pounds... Though a lot of it is partly due to switching back to a normal diet from a vegan diet, which had kept me at a very low and very forced weight for me and my body type. I gained most of my weight right away when I went back to eating everything, I think how much I weighed while I was vegan was unnatural for me and part of the reason I gained a lot of weight at the very start. I'm really nervous about what I will look like after the baby, especially since at half way I was already getting marks. I bet my whole belly will be just one huge blob of pink because there will be so many scars that there is no skin colour left.

Your bump is gorgeous and I have a few stretchmarks right at th bottom of my belly from logan so I know the feeling. I'll post another belly pic to show you how big I am.
