Just a Lot of Unrelated Symptoms?????????

Hi I am new here, I am a little reluctant to go to the doctors because it is a sensitive issue and I have yet to find a family doctor. I have a few things going on and I am wondering if they are indicating something is wrong or if it is a lot of unrelated symptoms. Here goes, I am having kidney pain, straw colored discharge from my left breast ( not much and only if I manipulate it), nausea, discomfort and nausea during sex, swollen vaginal canal and a sore throat with swollen glands in my throat. When I write it down it does seem a little silly that I haven't gone to the doctors yet. Does this sound like something I should be quite concerned about? Thank you very much
