Hi fellas. I have a problem. Well, maybe its not really a problem, but I would like some ideas from others anyway. I am a 35 yr old male. Whenever I do a lot of strenuous exercise, my balls get hard/stiff. What could be causing this? I am generally in good health except for my cholesterol which is always bordering on the high risk side. Any help/ ideas would be highly appreciated!

Do u mean that u balls shrink and they come together realy close and feels like thier tide up or some thing, if its is dont worry its normal beacuse the muscles strescth up. Is like when u are realy cold, what happens to ur balls?.... Its the same thing

don't worry. your balls react very sensitively to all conditions like hot/cold/ etc. try going under a shower with hot water and lookd at your ball sac. then go under a cold shower and look at it. there should be a big change between the two. this is your body's way of insuring optimum sperm production.
