Erectile Dysfunction For a 18-20 Year Old

I have been trying to have sex for a couple years now, I am 20. The first time I experinced this problem was right before penetration I was getting oral sex and everything was fine then when I went to put the condom on it was gone. I broke up with her and I didnt have any kind of sex for a couple of months after that.

I started going out with another girl I was getting oral sex everything was fine. I didnt have a condom and it was the heat of the moment so I stuck it in. I was doing it for a bout 20 secondfs and she said to pull it out because I wasnt protected, so I did. A couple of days later we bought the condoms and I couldnt get it up. I broke up with her.

About a year later I was recieveing oral sex and everything was fine once I reached to put the condom it died again.

I tend to think masturbation had something to do wit it as I masturbate probably 1-3 times a day. But what confuses me is how can I masturbate but not be able to maintain an errection.
