Im Havin Erection And Distance Problems

Hey,

this is my second post...The first one I slightly exagerated on and I think I will be more specific here. I think I masterbate to much...My ex got me in a habit of it...Through several means.... I still do usually at least once a day but I do miss a day everyone once in awhile...And sometimes ill get super horny and will do it several times in a day.....Its gotten to the point where I cant get rock hard erections like I used to...And when I blow my load it only goes a few inches where it used to go feet....Ive had these bad habbits for about 3 years....Whats wrong? If I cut back on it will everything be normal? Do I need to see a doctor...Please tell me theres nothin seriously wrong....:-\
