First of all lets get some information to you....Scabies is not a sexually transmitted bug.....It's a tiny micro bug that feeds off of human and animals flesh. You can get this from an out door kept animal and kids can pick it up at school.....Here are some signs of it is scabies.....Does showering or bathing in hot water make you itch more.....If so that's a big sign it is scabies...Another thing is...Is it worse in between your fingers and toes that's where they like it best...And little scabs is another sign...They start out tiny and spread like wild fire......You can buy an over the counter soap called...Kwalada lotion.....Everyone must be treated even if they don't have signs of it....Second...Wash everything in cold water ....They dislike cold...Then rewash it in hot to kill them.....Make sure to wash your hair in the lotion as well because they'll just travel up to your head and nest there instead... You will need to be retreated in 24 hours......It is best to go to a health unit and talk to them...They can supply what is needed for free...And sometimes depending on where you live...They will come and help or send a nurse to make sure things are working......Calling a health line my help as well....Then you need to let the school know so they can keep an eye on the other children...Or your family may get it back....

I have 5 kids and have been through this twice.....My kids get it at school......From the same kid both times....We have a great school and a bunch of families pitched in and helped one another as it was in many families by the time it got to me and my family...Helps when you work in the health department ....Good luck...And ...Don't give up thinking your not right about it being scabies....Most Dr.'s think it is not around much any more

Thank you very much patricia you helped me alot. :d I appreciate all the info. The Dr. Said to wash everything in hot never mentioned cold.No when we take hot showers it does not make us itch more.It kinds subsides it for awhile. But the kids say they itch more inbetween the fingers and toes.My oldest 18 male has alot of tiny lil bubbles on his fingers my other daughter has them also she is 14.I'm just going mad about this.I will certainly buy the soap lotion. Thank you so much for all the info.God bless you and your family...........Letterz
