I was just wondering if it is alright to eat chinese food without msg during pregnancy ?

I don't see why not. Most of the chinese food in the us is made with american vegetables instead of actual chinese vegetables. Stay away from sushi, though, and I would just make sure any meat is cooked through... And I probably wouldn't have egg drop soup just in case... But I don't think there's anything wrong with eating chinese while pregnant.
