Q: Hpv Or Not

I'm currently questioning my dermatologist’s prognoses after, he failed to get background info and did not do a close-up examination (unless you consider 3 feet a close-up exam) or lab tests. If you could please answer the following questions concerning hpv.

1. Do they typically change over time, grow or shrink, if left untreated?

2. Typically would they spread if they had long-term contact with other skin in the region?

3. Are they typically or can they be attached by a small stalk/bridge of skin to the surface?

4. Have they ever been know to have a rectangular shape with the same skin color and texture of the surrounding skin?

5. Should I go to a different doctor, due to the failed of the current doctor to get basic background info and lab tests?

This question is for my next visit.

6. Could the doctor (dermatologist) take a sample from the growth and examine it under a microscope and be able to tell if it is or isn't (in office).

Thanks

Ill answer your questions gladly ok, they do change over time they either get pinker or bigger , yes they will spread skin to skin contact, some look like a skin tag some look like a bump,i could imagagine they can have the rectangular shape and yes same color as the skin, yes always go to get a second opinion, and if you have one now they can take it off and exam it, I hope all goes well keep me posted.
