There might've been a couple days that I haven't had it... But it seems like every day I get home from work at 4:30 and i'm not through with the toilet until 5, at least.
I know this isn't the prettiest subject, but it has me kind of worried. I don't need to go at random times... I'm still pretty "regular"... But not regular.
The only thing that's changed in my diet is that i've started drinking energy drinks in the morning... I have an idea that this may be the cause. Tomorrow i'm going to stop using it just to see if there's any effect.
It's not like i'm overdoing it though... I drink one can a day.
My lunch has been- continuously, a single turkey sandwich, no preservatives.
I drink about 4-5 vitamin waters a day, as well.. But this is not so new.
