Can Somebody Please Help Me. I'm Pretty Worried.

I'm not sexually active. . . Well I hadent been sexually active for like 2 years since I lost my virginity and i'm 18 and I got tested after that anyways so thats not a problem and I was clean. Caus I used protection. But as of now. I just noticed today that on the left side of my penis( not on my penis but on the skin next to it) I have these things that look like sores or scars or something like they're flat, they're not lumpy at all, and that about the size of your finger nail. They're kinda skin collor in the middle and they have a light red outer ring but they don't hurt at all theres only like 4 of them and its not very noticible. But i'd just like to know why I would have that if i'm not sexually active. I'm kinda freaking out :[ what could they be?!?!?!
