Well, first off, how old are you?
I didn't have my first ejaculation till pretty late, if you are younger than say 15 or 16 dont worry too much about it
second, how long do you do it and how do you do it?
Some ways that you put your hand can make you wait 20 - 30 mins before ejaculating, especially if your younger
thirdly, check with your parents. See if something like this has been seen before, possibly in a uncle or something, dont worry, most parents are ok with the fact that their child masturbates, bring it up at some point and discuss it with them
or
discuss it with your doctor, unless it is something serious, most info is kept confidential
answers to your questions:
1: normal is an overused word, yes you are normal
2: normal again, overused word, but yes, there are plenty of men who dont masturbate, to masturbate is normal and healthy, but I dont see why not masturbating shouldnt be just as normal.
3: here are a couple of methods I use:
if your hands are small enough[or your penis is big enough] wrap your entire hand around the base[near your testicles] and pull, just the skin, straight up as far as comfortable and then go back down. Repeat as needed and you can go as fast as you want.
Or
place your thumb on the top of the base and two fingers on the underside and do the same thing as with the other tech.
