Q: Blood Pressure Reading

When I have a blood pressure reading it is around 132 for systolic, distolic around 70

but, if while the test is process, I hold my breath, systolic is 118-122 distolic changes a couple of points?

Why does holding your breath give a lower reading:
1. Body moves more while breathing?
2. You relax more?
3. By doing this, you are getting a false systolic/bp reading?
4. Other ?

Thanks!
