Q: Pubic Lice Treatment Did Not Work!!

I recently used quelled-m liquid which is a pubic lice treatment but it did not work, I followed the instructions correctly but it did not work.
Does any one have any suggestions to what I should do??? Does any one no any treatments that actually work??? Also I would like to no what are the best treatments the water based ones or the shampoos or any over there are???
