I had my surgery one week ago. While the bruising has gone, the pain and swelling have not. Whats bothering me most is the new lumpy 'mass' inside my scrotum. The doc says this is fluid, but its putting pressure on my testicle which causes pain. Its been a week, should this 'fluid' begin to be absorbed somewhere?
