I was on bc for 5 months. In that period of time I gained a god 10-15 lbs. So I went off and i've been dieting and the weight will just not come off...Is this due to the bc? I'd like to get back on it because unprotected sex isn't safe or responsible, and i'm sick of worrying about it. Idk what to do...

I've had the same problem. I record my calorie count every day and eat right and I do intense work outs 6 days a week. I went up almost 19 pounds in just two months and I have mo muscle or toning left on my body. I don't know what else to do now. I was on nuvaring for a month and took it out a week ago.
