This is regarding my bp. I am 31 years old and work as a manager in an it company. Recently, I recorded a bp of 175 / 116. My bp was quite normal a couple of months back, fluctuating between 120/85 to 140/90. Very recently I lost 2 people who were very close to me - my father and my fiancee. I am under too much stress currently. I am not sure whether the hypertenstion is chronic or temporary. My head seems heavy most of the times with short headaches from the past 3 weeks.I consulted the doctor and I am taking "stamlo - 5mg" for the past 2 weeks. But still the bp is between 140/93 - 147/100. Could you please advice me on this?
