Q: Stomach Noises And Now Frequent Urination

Hi I am a 32 year old male. 5 months ago my stomach startted making loud noises - rumbling and bubble (sounds like pigeons). I get them all the time, before and after eating, in bed and first thing in the morning. My gp sent me for every test possible, i've been probed and pricked and all tests are coming up clear. I was treated for the helicobactor bug and still have these noises which are very embarrassing. The only thing that helps with these noises is buscopan and i've tried everything else.

6 weeks ago I noticed the need to urinate more often. I immediately went to my gp and he did a dip stick test and said that I had an infection. Prescribed me with keflex, after a week I wasn't feeling any better. The need to urinate was stronger and I started to feel a burning pain all the time. He prescribed a different type of antibiodic and it seemed like it was working for a while. Now it's a lot worse, the burning sensation is there and a few drops of urine (i think) come out throughout the day. I've been tested for all the std's and had a prostate scan and was told everything was normal. I need to urinate every hour and the stream is always weak. I always feel like I need to urinate - can anyone help?

Are these 2 conditions related? Please help

I too have the same problems except I haven't had any burning or stinging sensations when I urinate. The stomach sounds and constant feelings of having to urinate along with a weak stream have been happening though. As you did, I was sent off to have every possible test done as well and everything has always come back negative/normal. This will sound crazy....or maybe it won't lol, but my doctor asked me if I masturbated and on avg how often....and I told him I tend to do it at least once a day if not more. He said that doing so actually causes more frequent urinating. As for the sounds in my stomach...I changed my diet to exclude less fatty/greasy food And it's almost completely stopped. Give it a try, it might work. Cut back on ur tuggin and greasy eatin and u might feel better! Smile
