Hi, I have lower back pain just above the hip and it radiates to my front. The pain starts at half of my lower back on the right side and goes to half of my front on the right side. My ribs also hurt. At first I thought it was the bed were I sleep. But now even sitting down it hurts. I do not drink enough water either. Please let me me know what this may be.

the Natural Treatment
First - drink more water! Im not sure it has anything to do with it but if you wont drink water you will have other problems.
Now, for the back pain- there are a few natural treatments you can use:

try the warm bath.

I hope you'll feel better

Ibano,

i have posted a pm to you....Natural treatments (i think this is an advertisement) will only help if you have muscle aches and pins...If you have ddd (degenerative disc disease) or other problems with your spine that appear on an mri they will not help much...
