:( have been getting a lot of pain in my ovaries. The pains first started last year when I found out I was pregnant with my second baby the pain was in my left ovary but I was told it was normal.Had to have a medical termination as there were seriouse problems with my baby. Ever since the pain is in both ovaries and is a stabbing pain sometimes a dull ache does any one know what it could be the pain seems to be just before my period but I never had it untill I was pregnant the second time
