I've been having headaches and dizzy spells for about 4 months now, sometimes I get a strange feeling in my head that makes me dizzy for a few seconds...CT scan and sinus X-Rays were fine....blood work was also fine...what could this be and what suggestons would you have?
Thank-you!

You'll need to provide further information about your blood pressure and blood cholesterol level. You can visit an ENT specialist for examining the inner ear as regards dizziness.
