Well since she usually is normal with her periods there is a chance. But it could be just stress or something else that could use medical attention. Have her take a test and make sure. If it comes out negative wait awhile and have her take another test. If it comes out positive make sure she goes to a doctor to confirm it and then go from there. If she continues to test negative several times then have her go to a doctor and see about a blood test and make sure theres nothing else wrong that could cause her to be late. Has there been any bad stress in her life recently that you know of? Is she into sports or anything like that? When I was younger and ran track and played basketball, even when I was on the pill, I had times where I would miss periods for months and sometimes they would last months.
