Q: Depo Provera Problem!!!

I was on depo provera for about a year and a half. (couldn't take the pill because it gave me horrible daily migraines) I stopped taking it and got my last shot in september of 2005. I still haven't gotten a period. I'm not sexually active so i'm obviously not pregnant. I was wondering how long it took others to start getting their period again and if this is a problem????

When I was on it I was told it would take any where from a year to a year n a half to get one and to get regular. Did you have any periods during the time you was on the shot?

Especially eHealthy

I only took the shot once and got my period a month after I got off.Its not normal,but it wasn't really normal b4 the shot so......

Some Ppl Never Have Their Periods

My mom was on the depo shot and never had her period again while on it. I was the same way. It just depends on your body
