Well, if you do have hpv, there aren't any treatments that your doctor can do while you are pregnant. You'll just have to have a pap test every 4 months.
After you have the baby they could do a leep procedure or freeze the lesions off of your cervix.
But in most cases, hpv clears itself on it's own. But it could lead to cervical cancer. So...Always use condoms.

Hello there, i've had high blood pressure all through my pregnancy (im almost 35 weeks). Unless you have swelling and protein in your urine aswel there is nothing to be worried about. Protein swelling hbp could be pre eclampsia. But at 8 weeks there is nothing they can do anyway, when your further on and if its discovered you have pre eclampsia they will induce you early.

i'm not sure what the high blood pressure one was about... But I do know hpv is not a cause for a leep. Dysplasia is the reason for a leep. Hpv can cause dysplasia.
Hpv will not affect your pregnancy or the baby in any way. It will only affect you. If you haven't had any dysplasia related to it - you will not get another pap smear until your 6 week check up. If you have had an abnormal pap smear (they would have told you when they told you what your hpv status is), they may want to do colposcopy and biospy. Both are totally safe while pregnant!
Your doctor will more than likely put off a leep procedure until a few months after the baby is born -- but that is only if there has been some dysplasia that is ongoing. Hpv alone is not any reason to do that.
Please also understand that hpv does not mean you will have dysplasia and having dysplasia does not mean you will ever get cancer. The cancer part takes years and years and year to develop. Keep up on your health care (yearly pap smears!) and you'll be fine.
Congrats on your pregnancy.
