Q: I Need Some Help

Hi my name is angela im 39,for the past few years I have sciatica its currently always there I get it in one leg and then it goes in to my other leg also in my back also im suffering with a lot of back pain when im lying down and lift my legs up I can hear all clicking in my back and it does it all the time when I get up in mornings or need to go to the toilet I can hardly walk with I can hardly straighten my back cos it hurts I also suffer with neck pain I was told it was spondlyosis im beginning to wonder if theres anything I can do and if theres any tips on what I should thanks

Angela,

if you have not seen a doctor I would certainly get your family doctor to do an mri....It sounds as though you might have spinal stenosis....An mri of the cervical and lumbar spine might be in order.
