Does tear on Foreskin require Circumcision?
Posted: 08-20-06 12:02pm

I was having sex with a girl the other night who was really tight aorund my penis. After a short while I gave her a thrust and felt what I thought was a tear on my penis and when I pulled out I realized I was right. I am uncircumcised and what happened is I tore the bit that connects the foreskin to the tip of the penis. Now when I pull back my foreskin it gets to the part where that piece would pull on the head, but now just comes apart to reviel a little nasty wound. Will this heal in a healthy way, or should I be thinking about a circumcision right about now?

If the wound is small, it may heal on its own. Nonetheless, you can consider visiting an urologist. S/He will either suture the wound or can perform a circumcision as required.
