Is it even possible to become pregnant with one ovary and no uterus? What options are available to me?

You could try surrogacy with a host surrogate. It would still be your baby as you could still use your egg and your partners sperm but another lady would carry the child for you.
Sorry to be nosy... But what were your reasons for the hysterectomy and do you have any other children?
