this popped up in a matter of days and i'm not sure what is. I've never had a canker sore or anything like that and i'm worried about what this is. I know I should see a dentist or doctor but the quality of healthcare around here isn;t too good so if anyone has an idea of what this is please tell me. There is a slight sting when I touch it with my tongue or rinse with antiseptic mouthwash.

Thank you.

Well, certainly i'm no medical expert, but have you considered herpes simplex? It's extremely common in the oral region, and might appear any time your immune system is busy elsewhere, say with a cold. Generally the blisters appear outside the mouth on the lips or chin, but may appear inside, as well. If that's what it is, a doctor should be able to diagnose it properly for you.
