When I have my period I have a day when I get blurred vision, dizziness can't focus my eyes. It has been going on for a year about every other period. Started after a miscarrige.

Lisa have you been to your doctor lately to have your iron levels checked ? Low iron levels are common in most women, as we lose most of our iron when we menstruate. Your doctor can check your iron levels, and even give you a prescription for iron supplement if that is what's needed.
