Q: Hydration Concerns

Hello,

i'm concerned about my water consumption, because I know that its not enough at all. Let me list some symptoms that I have:

standing up leads to dizzyness

in weather for even just an hour in temperatures 85 and over (we only get weather in the lower 90's at max) causes neausea, dizzyness, out of breath, dry throat/mouth ect.

Rareley, maybe once every other massive de-hydration spell, I get a sensation of falling, like i'm on a swing just before swinging back down, like there is no ground under me.

Popping joints

when I wake up I am incredibly de-hydrated

frequent constipation

however my skin is normal, it returns to normal shape immediatly after pinching it.

Just today it was my last day of vacation and I couldn't finish the game of golf we were playing because the temperature was around 90 and I was getting weak and out of breath.

I'm 14, I weigh around 100 to 105 lbs, and I live in seattle, wa. I don't care for water all that much, even when i'm dehydrated I have to force myself to drink water because I need flavor in my liquids, and forcing water usually leads to stomach pain. I stay up very late, or maybe I should say early  since it's summer, and also on weekends for school days. I know it's time to change all this around, because i've been living like this for as long as I can remember. Can I have some suggestions on how much fluid I should be taking in, or just general things I can do for myself to stay hydrated? Now that i'm back from vacation I won't be very active, i'll probably be doing a lot of online gaming and what not, and I already described myself above.

It's very strange, I know i'm dehydrated, but it seems like no matter how much I drink to rehydrate myself its never enough. It's like it comes in and then just sits in my body and doesn't do anything like it should. Please don't say I have to go to the hospital or anything and get an iv... :?
