I am 18 weeks pregnant and the father and I arent together. He told me that would make me lose the baby and that he didnt want it. I left him one morning while he was at work and he is trying to get back in my life. I dont want to be with him. He said he will fight me in court for the baby. What should I do. I dont want child support and I dont want him in our life. If anyone can help me. Thanks alot...

You need to go to dhs and get a social worker to help you. You left him because he threatened not only your life but your childs. I am sure that they will find a way to help you. Good luck hun.

U are so tough for leaving him. Mine threatened me and even got violent and I still long for him to be my babies dad even though he wants nothing to do with me or the baby. Its just a shock...One minute everything is fine...Then "i'm pregnant" turns them into scared devils...
i admire your strength and wish I had it..

I am not sure where you live, but if you would like to not put him on the birth certificate there is really nothing he can do. I live in Texas, and basically a woman has the right to anything she pleases. maybe if you don't already, you should move here! It's a great state!
