I normally do not recommend this but is there a chiropractor or do or orthopedic doctor who can gently crack your neck? My do (family doctor) has cracked my neck a couple of times and it was helpful. I usually don't recommend cracking because cracking can break down the joints after some time.

Is it zanaflex that you are taking? Is there a hot tub you can get into and soak for a while? Try to keep your lower jaw as relaxed as possible and "drop" your jaw. That's what musicians say to open up the throat, but it works for tmj. Do no talking and only eat soft/liquid foods. Have you tried zanax? Use lots of moist heat (in summer it's not fun).

Those are my tips at the moment. If I think of anything else, i'll write. I pray that it unlocks sooooooon.

God bless...
