Hi im Danny,I noticed a very small lump about 3 months ago on the left of my testicle inside. It is roughly the size of a bb pellet, and moves around in my left testicle. There is no pain, however rarely when i wake up in the mornin i have a pain in my left testicle and it feels like my testie is heavy ,which causes the pain, but that is rare.I would just like to know what the tiny lump may be??could you please email me back because i am starting to get a little worried.thank you From Danny

It is hard to diagnose the small lump on the testicle without a physical examination (palpation). It could be a rudimental development that remains, so called an "appendices testis" or "appendices epididimidis". To follow up, you can visit your GP (general practitioner). S/He can refer you to an urologist if necessary.
