When I was pregnany with my first son I had the exact same issues as you are. I had ges. Diabetes and about the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy had very swollen legs, feet, hands, face, the whole deal. The dr pretty much told me that there isn't cause to worry as long as your blood pressure stays normal. They told me it was one of those things that are uncomfortable but it is just excess water and not much you can do about it. Your dr will be able to tell you if anything is a miss though so make sure you tell him everything in detail. On the plus side though, if it is just water, it will go away really fast after you have your baby! Good luck!
