Im just wanting to get others opinions of this, as im not sure the best treatment. Im 22f , 5'5 and average weight, today I pulled a back muscle for the third time in 2 weeks, and it frickin' hurts. Its ok to walk but any other movement hurts. I have to go out of town to work tomoro and am basically just wondering if not resting it will cause more damage or would it be ok to go to work, even though my job can be physically demanding at times, or perhaps just go see a chiropractor tomoro. The previous 2 times, ive tried moving around as normal( in pain) as im too busy of a person to relax, so perhaps thats what is making the occurances so frequent. Any insight would be great
