I have had pco's for about 6 years that I know of and already have a 13 year old daughter but am desperate for another. I have had my hormone blood tests done and it show's that im not ovulating, what can I do to help myself?

Ive been off contraception for 5 years, recently lost some weight and now back to having periods every 4 or 5 weeks but still no baby

help please

Do you have a medical diagnoses of pco? If so, a thyroid doctor can help. You might also have a thyroid problem. If so, this would be covered by medical insurance, if it matters. Thyroid doctors are endocrenologists. There is medication that might help.

Good luck

I have pcos as well and am not ovulating because of insulin resistance, which many women have as well. Do you know if you have this and if you do, are you on any meds?
